Exocortex Listing

Exocortex may be customized to change their properties. Replacing or removing Mods requires a Non-Combat Action.

Exocortex up to Rating 4 may be fitted with a single Modification. Rating 5 and up may be fitted with two Modifications.


Modification Listing


Dampers – 9ore – 2 Kamatite & 8 Nanophile

Powers do not modify Awareness when used.

Grimoire – 9ore – 9ore – 2 Cyclogen & 8 Nanophile

Upon taking this Upgrade, the Character must choose a Power. The Character may use that Power as if they had bought so long as they are fitted with this Upgrade. This does not increase their maximum Mancy Charges.

Kill-Switch – 9ore – 2 Kamatite & 8 Nanophile

If the Character is every Dominated by another target, they will immediately become Unconscious for the remainder of the Encounter.

Mnemonic Aid – 9ore – 2 Cyclogen & 8 Nanophile

Upon taking this Mod, the Character will choose a Discipline Skill. The Character will gain a +2 bonus to all Tests made with that Skill.

Personality Core – 9ore – 2 Cyclogen & 8 Nanophile

Upon taking this Upgrade, the Character must choose a Perk they do not already have. The Character will act as though they had bought that Perk so long as are fitted with this Upgrade.

Psionic Fuse – 9ore – 2 Kamatite & 8 Nanophile

The Character is provided 9 points which may be used to Soak incoming Psychic Damage. For every point of Psychic Damage Soaked in this way, this point value is reduced by 1. Points will be regenerated after a Long Rest.

Sleep Regulator – 9ore – 2 Kamatite & 8 Nanophile

The Character’s required hours of Sleep is reduced by half while equipped with this Upgrade.
